The Stucki restaurant in Basel has a notable history: the great chef Hans Stucki used to cook here. Tanja Grandits has now taken over the kitchen, which has been awarded 18 Gault Millau points and 2 Michelin stars.
The Client chose to hold a competition to find the best possible solution for the design of the new outdoor area. The external space has been adapted to match the needs of the current restaurant operations. At the same time, the design and distinct characteristics of the individual external areas (reception, delivery area, storage, herb garden, lounge etc.) are of central importance.
