Congress House Zürich

As part of the City's "Congress City Zurich" planning strategy, the Council agreed at the end of June 2013 to renovate the Congress House (1939) and the concert hall (1895), adapting the ensemble of buildings to future operational requirements.
The project is subject to listed building restrictions and includes, in addition to the renovation of many building parts, a new building with event spaces, a new restaurant and the restoration of the large concert hall.
